Whether you're planning a yoga retreat, leadership retreat, workshop, celebration or private group experience, our retreat house provides a beautiful setting, flexible spaces and additional support to help bring your vision to life.
Guests have access to our dedicated yoga and movement space, complete with sacred yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets.

Peninsula Pause is a Mornington Peninsula retreat destination offering thoughtfully curated wellness experiences, leadership retreats and private group stays. Combining a purpose-built retreat space with carefully selected practitioners, dining experiences and local partnerships, we create experiences that feel both effortless and deeply restorative.

Peninsula Pause is located on Victoria's beautiful Mornington Peninsula, approximately 90 minutes from Melbourne.
Our Retreat house is in Rosebud, a stones throw away from the beach and local restaurants and local wellness experiences. -
Peninsula Pause brings all three together. Our retreat house provides the setting, while our team curates the experiences, dining and thoughtful details that make each stay unique.
Retreats & Experiences

Absolutely. Every retreat is tailored to the needs of the group and may include yoga, meditation, private dining experiences, workshops, wellness treatments, sound healing, nature-based experiences and more.
We also have access to additional practitioners selected from our own experiences such as massage, healing, reiki, Ayurveda support and self-enquiry.

We work closely with guests to create an experience that feels aligned with the intention of the retreat, celebration or gathering.
Our signature retreats are a set schedule, however you can opt out of an experience if you feel the need to rest or book an add on experience in stead.
For a custom group booking or private retreat hire, we can tailor the experience around what you would like and be as involved in the weekend as much or little as you’d like.

Yes. We collaborate with a lovely local restaurant who can organise catering and a private chefs for shared dining experiences, grazing tables and locally sourced seasonal menus.
We can also organise catering to be delivered on site for you to enjoy over the time of your stay.
